We opened 19,374 Google-listed Canadian dental practices and scored how easily a patient can actually
find & book them — from public signals only. The reviews are in. The front door is not.

Canadian dentists have won the reviews game. The ratings pile up at the top — yet 67% of the 4.5★+ practices still can’t be booked online.

## Method & honesty

Universe. Google-listed Canadian patient-facing dental practices (dentist/ortho/endo/perio/oral & maxillofacial surgery/prosthodontist); excludes dental labs, supply stores, hygienist clinics, schools, radiology, and blank-category rows. n = 19,374.

Every stat carries its denominator and method (below each number). Booking presence means a one-tap link on the Google Business Profile — not "no booking anywhere on their site." Aggregates only; no practice is named.

What we deliberately don’t claim. We do not report review counts (only ~28% of rows carry one), AI-crawler blocking (not in this dataset), or after-hours capability. We report only what the data actually contains.
