  Online booking keeps the patient's time

  A patient who takes longer than five minutes on the booking form, or verifies their phone a second time, now books the time they picked as long as it is still open, instead of being told it was just taken. If anything needs fixing, what they typed stays on the page and the message names the field to fill in.

  One visit at a time for each patient

  The AI no longer books one patient into two appointments at the same time with different providers; it tells the patient about the visit they already have. When Xona texts a question it needs answered first, such as which time or which family member, the thread waits for the patient's answer instead of landing in Needs you. On a family phone, a first name is enough.

  After-call requests say only what the caller said

  Follow-up requests Xona files after a call now say only what the caller actually said, so a caller who hung up first is never written down as agreeing to a callback. Transcripts of calls transferred to your team end with what the caller actually heard.

  See whether each text reached the patient

  Booking-link texts, online-booking confirmations, your replies in Threads and texts sent from the appointment, order and request panels now show sent, delivered or failed. Panel texts also appear in Threads and Activities. After you reply by hand, the AI stays quiet in that conversation until you resume it, even when the texts were split across two threads.

  Short connection drops no longer stop booking

  When the connection to your booking system drops for a few seconds, Xona now waits for it to come back, so the caller can still book. Callers who go quiet mid-call get a check-in and a polite goodbye instead of being hung up on as a voicemail.

  Callers reach your front desk on the first ask

  When a caller asks for the front desk or a staff member by name, Xona now transfers them right away. It keeps to the caller's language for the whole call and names the provider the visit was actually booked with.

  Family phones: more privacy, and Y confirms the right visit

  On a phone family members share, Xona keeps each person's details private: it names at most two people when it asks who is calling and never reads out a date of birth. When one reminder run texts a family phone twice, a reply of Y confirms the patients of the text that asked.

  Existing patients no longer get a second file

  When an existing patient books online or calls from a new phone number, Xona no longer creates a second patient file. An online booking goes to your front desk to confirm under the existing file, and a caller is passed to your team.

  Moving a cleaning finds the hygienists' times

  When a patient calls to move a cleaning, the AI now looks at every hygienist who can take it, so it offers real open times instead of saying none are free.

  A time offered earlier on a call stays bookable

  If a caller asks about another provider and then picks a time the AI offered a moment before, the AI books it, and it no longer tells callers a free time was taken.

  Requests show what the AI already changed

  A staff request from a call now lists any appointment the AI booked, cancelled or moved on that call, right above the recording. If the AI later changes that patient's appointments, the card asks whether the request is already handled.

  Calls keep their promises

  When the assistant says it will transfer a caller, it no longer leaves them waiting. It double-checks an appointment request before hanging up, and waits for callers to finish their sentence before acting.

  One US number no longer pauses your texts

  A text to a patient's US number no longer stops your recall, birthday and recovery texts for the day. Xona no longer texts or calls a number in another country from your line; Today shows it as not sent, with the advice to ask the patient for a local number. Recovery texts now restart on their own the next day after a pause, like recall and birthday.

  Patients see the dentists near them

  On book.xonark.com, the home page now shows patients the dental clinics around them on a map: the area their connection points to first, and the 12 nearest clinics once they choose to share their location. Their location is never stored.
